Alex Puccio’s Road to Recovery
In 2015 Alex Puccio was having the season her life and getting ready to compete at the Vail World Cup. She was preparing to compete on the full world cup circuit and was bouldering at the V14 level. Then she fell. While warming up for a competition she fell awkwardly tearing her ACL, MCL, and meniscus. Her season ended, she underwent surgery to repair the torn ligaments and began a regime of physical therapy and training. But if Alex Puccio is known for anything it's her dedication to training. Focusing purely on her physical therapy she was back climbing V13 outside within three months of surgery. Join her on the Road to Recovery.
